Emerging Leaders Program
A series designed to immerse growing leaders in an experiential learning environment with a cohort of other leaders. The program is built on three foundational concepts: Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading the Organization. Methods utilized to establish actionable growth include training sessions, reading assignments, asynchronous course work and mindful practices.

Workplace Mindfulness Program Development
The challenges faced by today's organizations can affect the culture and climate of our workspaces. Things such as focus, productivity, burnout, and work stress are at the top of the list. Research has shown that a workplace mindfulness program can empower staff to manage their mental well-being and cultivate resilience. The program development is secular and appropriate for the workplace and can be sustained over time.

Leadership Retreats
Research has shown (Khoury, et al, 2016) that meditation retreats are moderately to largely effective in reducing anxiety, depression, stress and improving quality of life. Our leadership retreats can consist of 1-day up to 5-day experiences. Depending on budget, they can be in-person or virtual and onsite or at an offsite location.
